Royal Styles of Catering is a family owned business.  At the young age of 9, when most kids were outside playing, you could find Chef Cho' in the kitchen.  Chef Cho' took his dreams, passion, and aspirations to the classroom of Le cordon Bleu.  In 2011, he graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School.  A month later, he Co-founded and opened Royal Styles of Catering.  He is famous for his Jerk Salad topped with Cho' Sauce
